Typically, Growth Audit is performed in the client’s headquarters and takes up to two business days. We combine information from three sources: the client and their team, the client’s internal analytics and some additional, external sources. Based on this we create a coherent performance assessment, highlighting top growth opportunities and risks.

All findings and recommendations are presented in a brief report. During the discussion at the end of the second day, all aspects of the report are covered in details. Our goal is to leave our client with clear and actionable recommendations for online improvements.
